For each professional firm within the specified radius, the algorithm scores partner potential across four dimensions: Geographic Proximity (distance from your office), Practice Size Compatibility (their client volume relative to your capacity), Specialty Alignment (their practice areas relative to your client demographics), and Relationship Warm Score (shared professional associations or licensing overlaps). The weighted composite score ranks partners by expected referral yield. Portfolio analysis shows current COI network coverage gaps — identifying which professional specialties and geographic zones are underrepresented. Revenue simulation models expected annual referral revenue at different network sizes and activation rates.
